The cuisine of our restaurant revolves around the seasons, and offers meat dishes using produce from our own butcher's as well as fresh trout from our own pond. Our extensive menu will also satisfy vegetarians. Just a short stroll from the hotel, you find "Sämmys Bistro", where you can round of the day in a cosy atmosphere with a refreshing cocktail. Our homely beer garden is also a very popular spot in which to enjoy balmy summer evenings.

• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
