If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 + EUR 50 for the cleaning must be paid upon arrival. The cleaning at the end of the stay can be done by the guest, or by the hotel at an additional charge. Opening Hours: Monday through Friday and Sunday: 9:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Bed Sheets are included in the price of the booking for stays between 2 and 6 nights only.

By road : Highway A9 exit Perpignan sud. Take the direction Argelès/Elne. When you are in Elne borrow the direction St Cyprien. After passing St Cyprien Village, follow the direction of Argelès/Grand Stade/Les Capellans. At 200 m from the roundabout, go left, direction St Cyprien Sud/Grand Stade. When you are at the roundabout, take the direction to Aqualand/Grand Stade. At 100 m first right, rue Verdi. The entrance to the residence is at 100 m on the left.
