This guesthouse is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort of Inzell.

A family-run establishment, we distinguish ourselves through our especially cosy atmosphere. We offer modern guest rooms and a well-tended garden with sunbathing lawn and a panoramic view of the Bavarian Alps. Our facilities include a secure garage, a drying room and a communal lounge with TV.

With its beautiful mountain scenery and numerous lakes, the area is ideally suited to hiking, cycling and motorcycling.

If the weather is not suitable for sunbathing on our lawn, you can top up your tan by using our private solarium.

We host a variety of social evenings to add variety to your stay.

Each morning we offer our guests a delicious breakfast buffet. In the evenings you can choose a hearty "Brotzeit" (a Bavarian platter similar to the British "ploughman's lunch") from our small menu. Hot and cold beverages are available, together with baked trout from our traditional "Selch-Stadl" restaurant. During the summer months we host regular barbecue evenings on our terrace.

• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
