The hotel restaurant serves a buffet lunch Monday to Friday between 12:00 and 13:30. À la carte meals are available and the restaurant also offers a childrens menu. The orangery is a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee.

The relaxation area at Hotel Mullsjö offers a spacious indoor pool, sauna and exercise facilities. Guests can take part in instructor led classes or go canoeing, cycling or swimming in the lake in summer. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a scenic round of golf at the nearby course.
