• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
