• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.65 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
