In winter a cross-country ski run, many winter hiking trails and a toboggan run start directly in front of the hotel. Toboggan evenings and torch hikes are regularly organised.

Ski passes for the Hochpustertal ski resort in South Tyrol (4 km away) can be bought at the hotel. 45 km of well-groomed, family-friendly slopes await you there.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 2.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One further child under 12 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. All children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
