• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Up to two children from 2 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
