• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: Please note, if cancelled, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours, please contact the hotel prior to your arrival. The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of the check-in. There is no refund for early departure. An extra charge for cleaning service is applicable if you check out on a Sunday.
