Located in the traditional and lively district of Cannes La Bocca, close to the local market, the residence is only 250 metres away from the beaches and shops.

The residence Cannes Festival features 70 fully furnished and equipped apartments, ranging from 22 to 25m², thus providing full autonomy for the duration of the stay. Indeed, you are combining the independence and convenience an apartment provides while still benefiting from hotel services.

Close to the shops and public transport, half way between La Croisette and Mandelieu (also known as the mimosa capital), the residence offers an ideal starting point to go in search of Cannes and the French Riviera.

Reception is open Monday through Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20.00. If you plan on arriving outside this schedule, please contact the reception of the hotel.

For each reservation, one night is charged to confirm your booking.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Take motorway A8 and take exit 41 (Cannes Ouest/Cannes la Bocca). - Remain on N7 and go towards Cannes la Bocca Centre via Avenue Francis Tonner. - The residence is on your right hand side. By train: Cannes train station is 10 minutes away from the hotel. By public transport: Take buses 1 or 2 towards la Bocca and get off at Place du Marché. By plane: Nice airport is 25 kilometres away from the hotel.
