The staff will show you how to reach the cottage and will be at your disposal to give all the information needed. By Air: The nearest airport is Palermo, but some flights only land in Catania. In both cases to arrive in Sciacca you either need to hire a car, arrive by coach or, if you wish, the agency can organize a transfer. By Ferry: When coming from Naples, Genova or Civitavecchia, you arrive to the Port of Palermo or Catania (Ravenna). Then follow the instructions regarding the arrival by car. By Car: From Palermo Falcone Borsellino Airport: - Take the A29 Palermo/Mazzara motorway in the direction of Mazzara. - Leave the motorway at the intersection for Castelvetrano, in the direction of Sciacca on the SS 115. From Trapani's Birgi Airport: - Take the A29 Palermo/Mazzara motorway in the direction of Mazzara. - Exit for Castelvetrano. - Continue straight in the direction of Sciacca on the SS 115. From the Port of Palermo: - Go straight in the direction of Via Regione Siciliana. - From there take the Palermo-Sciacca (SS 624) road for about 90 km. From the airport of Catania: - Head for the ring road and follow directions for Messina. - Take the A19 motorway for Palermo and continue for 67 km. - Exit at Caltanissetta. - Continue in the direction of Agrigento on the SS 640 for 65 km. - From Agrigento, link up with the SS 115 for the last 50 km in the direction of Sciacca. From Messina: - Take the A20 Messina-Palermo motorway. - When you arrive in Palermo, take Via Regione Siciliana and proceed for Sciacca on the SS 624. The agency is situated at the beginning of the high street of Sciacca, that's Corso Vitt. Emanuele, number 9. From the east: - Once you are in the centre, follow Via Figuli for about 500 metres. - As you pass the public gardens on your left, the flats are straight ahead on the left-hand side of Piazza Friscia. There are car parking facilities close at hand just opposite the agency called Gulliver. When you arrive, in case you need it, the staff will be happy to accompany you to your holiday home. They will also be happy to provide any other information you will need during your stay, so please don't hesitate to ask. By Coach: It is possible to arrive directly from Germany, France, Belgium, Milan or Rome, for the airport there are several daily connections from the city centre of Palermo and from Agrigento. From Catania you can only take the coach by firstly going to Agrigento. Sciacca's coach terminal is only 100 metres away from the agency. By Train: The nearest train station to Sciacca is the one from Agrigento, but it is advisable to come directly from Palermo as the connections are more efficient.
