• Deposit: A fixed amount of EUR 100 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of arrival and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site. Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 4 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By Car: From France or Spain: - After crossing the border, keep driving until you arrive to Andorra la Vella. - Follow directions to "todas direcciones" and then head for La Massana. - Drive all the way through La Massana town. - After exiting the town, follow directions to Ordino. - Take the right turning for l'Aldosa (well signposted). - Approximately after 400 metres you will find Apartamentos Giberga, on the left-hand side.
