• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 10:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Am Luisenbad, Berlin - Important Information

If arriving between the hours of 16:30 and 23:00 you can check in at the Bistro am Luisenbad (in the building), where you can pick up your room key. On the weekend and on public holidays the reception is only manned between 08:00 and 11:00. Up until 23:00 you can check in at the Bistro.
