We are located in the heart of the nature reserve, Sächsische Schweiz (Swiss Saxony), near the Elbsandstein mountains and on the foot of the Schrammsteine - cliffs. Many hiking paths are nearby and the bus station is only 100 metres away.

The banks of the River Elbe allow fishing around 2 km away and provide various bathing opportunities such as an Experience Bath around 3 km away. There are also shopping facilities about 3 km away from the hotel as well as the Bad Schandau train station. The nearest restaurant is only 300 metres from here.
