• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. • Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
