The Best Western Glenridding Hotel boasts 2 function rooms, the largest of which can hold 120 people for a formal function, plus a restaurant, and a traditional pub which serves real ale and has low oak beams, flag stone floors, and a warm Cumbrian welcome. Business guests have a choice of 2 dedicated conference suites. There is also a coffee shop plus an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff are waiting to help make your stay a memorable one.

The library is dedicated to Donald Campbell, who is famous for becoming the first person to break the 200 mph water speed record on Ullswater back in 1955. He announced his achievement to the waiting press from a balcony which is now the library's sun lounge. The library contains a lot of interesting information about Campbell's time at Ullswater, including an original signed menu from the celebration dinner held at the hotel.
