  This very large attic room still has the original characteristics such as the beamed ceiling and flooring. The antique furniture and expensive carpets also add to the atmosphere. On the wall opposite the bed there is an inscription, which was written in the 16th century, by one of the friars who used to live there. There is also a cooking area with fridge, and a large bathroom with a large shower cubicle.

• Atmosfera - Double Room
  

  This apartment is the only one with an entrance that does not lead onto the courtyard. Located on the ground floor, it has a spacious living room with cooking area, and a double sofa-bed. The en suite double bedroom is on the upper floor, reached by a chestnut-floored staircase. The built-in wardrobe is set in the wall and the bathroom is laid out over 2 levels.

• Quiete - Double Room
  

  This apartment has been built out of the old pig pen, and is sheltered by the walls of the internal courtyard. Very intimate and welcoming, the apartment has a small living room with cooking area and a table dating back to the 1800s. A chestnut-floored staircase leads up to the bedroom whose wardrobe is set in the unused chimney of the old wood-burning oven (which you can admire just by the entrance to the apartment). Either side of the wardrobe there are little windows; there is also a larger window which looks over the shady garden and has a partial view of the swimming pool. The spacious bathroom is on the other side of the upper floor, reached by a walkway which overlooks the courtyard.

  This is the largest of the 7 apartments and has a large living room with kitchen area looking out over the terrace above the courtyard. Next door is the en suite double bedroom which also has a private entrance. Chestnut-floored stairs lead up to the upper floor where you can relax with a good book on the white sofa (which can also be turned into a three quarter-size double bed). The whole of this floor also has chestnut floors, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The en suite bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed with a carved wooden headboard. It also looks out over the courtyard and you can even see the swimming pool.

  This apartment is located on the 1st floor. Through a small access room you reach the living room, which preserves the antique charm and the original plasters. It's fitted with a kitchenette and furnished with old copper pieces. During the restoring work a niche was found, which seems to be a walled-in door. The bedroom faces an internal courtyard and the characteristic arcade accompanying the stairs. The cushioned bed head is covered with textured fabric matching the room's tapestry and tassels, and above the bed an 18th century oleograph copy of one of the most famous Virgins, painted by Raffaello. The bathroom is decorated in warm tones of yellow.

  Taken from the kitchen of the farmhouse, this is the only apartment which boasts a fireplace, dating back to the 15th century. The rooms preserve the ancient atmosphere; from the restored original main door, you enter the living room with a kitchenette and a sofa facing the fireplace, embellished with antique fabric cushions. The spacious bedroom maintains the original terracotta tiles, houses a wrought-iron bed and incorporates a pure linen tapestry refined with matching trimming. From the bedroom you can access a small entry with a shower and then the bathroom decorated in pastel sky-blue tones.
