The Hare And Hounds At Speen, Newbury - Hotel Description

Ideally located just half a mile from the A34 and one mile from Newbury town centre, the hotel has been recently refurbished to reflect its 17th century heritage.

The Hare and Hounds at Speen has been privately owned since 2005 by Jonathan and Jean Nelsey, who aim to provide the standards expected of a quality hotel. The rooms are split between the main house and the cottage mews, and all are comfortably equipped for an enjoyable stay. With a highly acclaimed restaurant, traditional pub bar and an extensive car park, the hotel is a great choice, whatever your reason for visiting.

The renovations have put the pride back into this historic inn, with a fresh approach carefully combined with retaining the historic features. Friendly and full of character, The Hare and Hounds at Speen is likely to become a popular venue for dining out in Newbury.
