One older child or adult is charged EUR 19.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

Reception is open from 08:30 until 18:30 (Winter: from October until May) and from 08:30 until 22:30 (Summer: from June until September). It is advisable to inform the estimated time of arrival for late arrivals to secure a normal check-in procedure. A security deposit of EUR 250 will be requested at the check-in. This can be paid for in cash, by cheque (of Portuguese bank) or a print of your credit card. The deposit will be refunded to you at check out.

By Car: From Lisbon Airport: - As you leave the airport you will come to a large roundabout with traffic lights. - Take the 1st available exit on your right-hand side off this roundabout (signed "2ª Circular). - This will bring you to an urban motorway. - Within 1.5 km, take the exit with the blue motorway signs, indicating the A8 to Loures/Leiria. - Follow the signs for Torres Vedras, Lourinha, Bombarral, Peniche, Obidos and Caldas da Rainha, continuing on the A8 motorway for approximately 73 km. - Leave the motorway after the toll, at exit 14 signed IP6/Peniche. - When on the IP6 motorway, take the exit to Serra del Rei (see below for complete directions). From Porto: - Take the A1 in the direction of Lisbon until the exit signed Caldas da Rainha/Rio Maior/A15. - Follow the A15 and then the A8, in the direction of Peniche. - Leave the A8 at exit 14, signed IP6 / Peniche. - When on the IP6, take the exit to Serra del Rei. Further directions for both journeys: - After you exit the IP6 motorway, you will come to a roundabout, where you must turn left. - When you come to the 2nd traffic lights, turn right. - There is a large blue panel indicating Praia D'El Rey. - Follow this road for 1.5 km and take a right at the turn signed Praia D'ei Rey. - Follow this road for 4 km, which will bring you to the resort's main entrance.
