It is rumoured that a vision of the Holy Virgin Mary appeared here in 1414, near an oak tree. You can see the building's historic religious past in every archway and peaceful cloister. The hotel has several different well-equipped meeting rooms, including an impressive modern function room with a capacity of 270 people. There is also a smaller meeting room with a capacity of 80 people, known as Cappellina.

By Car: - Take the A1 motorway. - Exit at Orte. - Take the SS towards Viterbo. - Exit in Vitorchiano. - Follow directions toward Bagnaia. - Go across the village and after approximately 2 km you will find Domus La Quercia. From Rome: Follow the directions for Viterbo Sud and then for La Quercia. Please note: the hotel is situated next to the Madonna della Quercia sanctuary. Therefore you can follow the brown and the blue signs towards the sanctuary. By Air: From Roma Fiumicino: - Take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini. - From here, take a train to Viterbo. By Train: There are 2 train stations in Viterbo: Porta Romana and Porta Fiorentina. To reach Viterbo, for either you need to change in Roma Termini or Orte.
