Near the reception on the ground floor is Klass Caffé, an indoor bar with an outdoor terrace with a view of Kranjska Gora's mountain peaks. The bar is open from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 22:00 while on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays the bar is opened from 08;00 until 23:00. Besides a rich selection of drinks, we also offer hot and cold snacks.

• Deposit: 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

• Extra Charges: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.51 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
