The hotel is situated in the heart of a 7000m² wooded domain overlooking Cannes. It features 72 fully-equipped studios or apartments spread over 2 buildings, each with 3 floors, and an elevator.

Sheets, bathroom and household linen, and housecleaning kit are provided on site, and beds, chairs and baby baths are available on request.

Les Genevriers features a tourist information centre that provides information on excursions, tours, and entertainment in the Côte d'Azur region.

There is a free shuttle service from the residence to the town hall every 20 minutes from 07:30 to 24:00 during congress periods.
The town hall is 15 minutes away from the congress centre.
