This residence is situated in Hérault, on the banks of the Orb River, near Béziers and the Vendres and Valras beaches.

Les Berges du Canal offers 2-room apartments for 4 people and 3-room apartments for up to 7 people. All of these spacious apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).

They are all duplex apartments and some feature a terrace. Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, the sport facility and the outdoor car park is included in the accommodation rate.

Les Berges du Canal also features a children's club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note that a EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked. Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.
