The Residence Le Grand Bleu is situated just 600 metres from the beach in Vendres-Valras, situated between Béziers and Narbonne. It is an attractive sea-side resort ideal for a family holiday.

The complex is composed of semi-detached maisonettes that can accommodate from 5 and 6 people. These spacious villas feature a terrace or small garden and are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate).

Guests will enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (open in July and August), a bar and a free outdoor car park. Also, just 300 metres from the residence guests will find the nearest shops and local facilities.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence. Opening hours: Monday, Thursday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Wednesday: closed Sunday: 10:00 to 12:00 If you plan to arrive outside these times please telephone the reception who will give you the access code to obtain your key.
