In the refectory of the old monastery, the old church and cloister have been completely restored and offer large spaces within the establishment, as well as the private lounge that can be used for work meetings and the most intimate celebrations. Twelve fully-equipped standard double rooms are available.

An area that was declared a Cultural Heritage site by the Valencian city council, this area is also recognised for its excellent cooking, based on creativity, and quality of products.
