On the Île de Ré, a haven of peace and tranquillity opposite La Rochelle, Les Hauts De Cocraud consists of traditional adjoining houses fitted with all of the necessary amenities.

Situated 100 metres from the sea, Les Hauts De Cocraud features fully furnished, ready-to-live-in houses, complete with optional hotel services including bed and bathroom linen and cleaning service.

The outdoor heated swimming pool is open from mid-May to the end of September, and guest will enjoy the onsite bike storage, ping-pong table, petanque alley and children's playground.

The restaurant serves traditional French fare, and food-to-go is available upon request.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. Bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase, bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towel and bath sheets.

End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
