The Hotel Seehof sits in a park with a south-facing view over the Bay of Lübeck (Lübecker Bucht). The sea front is just 200 metres away, with steps leading directly to it from the hotel. There is also no street or promenade between the hotel and the beach to obscure the wonderful seaside panorama.

The Hotel Seehof began as a former residence and stud farm. Over time, the residence developed into a hotel that would accommodate guests who were searching for a peaceful getaway by the Baltic Sea.

In addition to the comfortably furnished rooms with sea view, the hotel has a log-cabin sauna for four people, looking out over the Bay of Lübeck. This Finnish-style sauna also features a waterfall shower and a plunge pool. You may also choose to use the hotel's solarium facilities and exercise equipment.
