Reception is open every day from 08:00 until 20:00. If you are due to arrive outside of these hours please indicate this in the comments section when making your booking or contact the hotel in advance using the details supplied on the confirmation email. If you arrive by car, you can enter the city centre only by confirming your licence plate number with the hotel in advance. All rooms are on the first floor, which is accessed via a flight of 20 stairs. Muà does not have a lift.
