• Deposit: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: Children older than 14 years are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

By car: - Arriving at Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. - Follow the Eastern Boulevard/V&A Waterfront signs. - At the Cape Town International Convention Centre continue straight ahead and follow Buitengracht Street, which eventually becomes Kloof Nek Road. - Continue in the direction of Table Mountain, until Kloof Nek Road becomes Camps Bay Drive. - Take the third road on your left (Fiskaal Road). - Take the left fork and follow the road through 4 S-bends. - The road name changes from Fiskaal to Francolin and Theresa. - Ezard House is on the right-hand side.
