Only 250 metres away from the ski lift, Appartementhaus Elmo offers a very quiet location in the heart of the romantic village of Kleinarl, right next to the cross-country ski run and the hiking trail.

In addition to modern and spacious rooms and apartments, which have a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen, there is a spa area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and relaxation area. A leisure room, an outdoor pool (available in summer), and a heated ski room with ski boot dryer are also available.

Surrounded by green meadows and the Kleinarler Ache brook, Appartementhaus Elmo is an optimal starting point for hikes and mountain tours, as well as many other sports, in summer. In winter the direct access to the Kleinarl-Flachauwinkel-Zauchensee ski area and the Ski Amadé sports region is in the immediate vicinity.
