Stemar Apartments give you total freedom and independence for your stay in Olmedo, in the province of Sassari. Relax on your private terrace or patio with table and chairs.

This new construction, opened in summer 2009, features a host of modern amenities including LCD TVs and independent heating and air conditioning. Each apartment comes with a living room and kitchen with washing machine. In your apartment you will find a small library and a collection of board games to keep you entertained.

At Stemar Apartments the friendly team of staff can assist you in making the most out of your stay in Sardegna. Rent a bike and ask about guided tours and excursions to nearby archaeological sites and much more. Leave your car at the free car park.

As a guest at Stemar you can take advantage of special rates at local restaurants if you don't feel like cooking at home. Olmedo is full of typical restaurants, pubs, cafés, and interesting archaeological sites.

Bed linen and towels are provided. They are changed during long stays of more than 3 nights.

• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

A security deposit is required (starting from EUR 300), which is returned at the end of your stay after an inspection of the apartment.
