By car: - Coming from Johannesburg, follow the N1 north in the direction of Pretoria. - Take the Samrand turn-off. - Turn left at the traffic lights. - Turn right onto Rietspruit Street at the next set of traffic lights. - Take the next street to your right (Sterling Street); then turn right again. - The Protea Hotel Samrand is just down the road, on the right-hand side. - Coming from Pretoria, follow the N1 south in the direction of Johannesburg. - Take the Samrand turn-off. - Turn right at the traffic lights and cross underneath the bridge. - Continue straight ahead at the next set of traffic lights. - Turn right onto Rietspruit Street at the next set of traffic lights. - Take the first street to your right (Sterling Street); then take a right again. - The Protea Hotel Samrand is just down the road, on the right-hand side.
