Newly opened at the start of 2009, the Grand Hotel Kazan is a 4-star property located in one of the citys modern buildings.

The hotels 215 rooms are spread over the 17-floors of the tower and feature panoramic views of the city. Rooms are spacious, neatly designed and of course, all rooms have en suite facilities.

The Grand Hotel has great conference facilities for business guests with a number of different sized function rooms. The hotel also has a business centre for guests use.

The hotels main restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serves a wide menu featuring Russian and European dishes. There is also a hotel bar.

The Grand Hotel Kazan is the first hotel in the city to boast its very own helicopter landing pad on its roof. There is also ample on site car parking, free of charge to hotel guests.

Leisure guests at the Grand Kazan can enjoy their days visiting the city and its historical sites, or simply exploring the shopping and entertainment centre within the hotel building.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged RUB 1000.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged RUB 1100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
