• Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs AUD 35.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

PLEASE NOTE: The credit card used for payment and pre-payment MUST be presented upon arrival by the card holder. We will require a security bond (deposit) at arrival for all bookings in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from AUD 200 (Studio and 1-Bedroom), AUD 500 (2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom) and AUD 1,000 (Penthouses). Credit card bonds will be refunded upon departure and cash bonds following an inspection of the apartment by our reception staff. Bonds via credit card can sometimes take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank.
