Designed by renowned Adam D. Tihany, the hotel was created "to capture the vitality of Times Square while providing amenities and services that insure a comfortable and effortless stay."
Located on 49th Street between 8th Avenue and Broadway, The Time offers a quiet sanctuary in the center of the universe known as Times Square.
Relax and enjoy a drink at Inc. Lounge, where deep jewel tones of velvet play against studded patent leathers as the backdrop for your next cocktail.
The entire hotel is accessible for wheel chairs. There is a special room type with an adequate bathroom for the disabled; 2 people can stay in the room.

The Time's design eschews convention. It is a treasure trove of delightful surprises, from hallway runners adorned with clocks to guest rooms dominated by one of three primary colors (red, blue and yellow), candy in-room coordinated to its color. As Tihany describes it, "The idea at The Time is to truly experience a color: see it, feel it, taste it, smell it and live it." If guests need further inspiration, they will find a postcard above the desk-referencing author Alexander Theroux on the essence of the room's color.
