The boardwalk, beach and ocean are directly in front of the Avalon on the other side of Ocean Drive. The boardwalk is great for rollerblades, biking and local strolls. On the beach, you can relax on a chaise lounge and ease into the perfect tan. When it's time to cool off, let the waters of the Atlantic Ocean wrap you in its' refreshing embrace. Want a pool? Take a short walk north on the beach to the sister property, the South Seas Hotel. There, the pool is yours. While you're there, enjoy the casual poolside dining and full service bar at the café, Pilikia.

Valet parking is available at the hotel, however, because due to traffic on Ocean Drive, you may wait to receive your car. Within one block you will have access to a 24 hour parking garage (additional cost), which may be a more flexible and economical option than valet.

• Extra Charges: 13 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
