• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 15 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed. All further older children or adults are charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: No special conditions apply for groups.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
