A breakage deposit of 10% of the reservation fee is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. In the event that the reservation is cancelled or modified 15 days prior to arrival the hotel will refund the total amount of the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no show after 15 days prior to arrival, the hotel will not refund the deposit. A deposit of EUR 5 is required for keys at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out, once the keys have been returned.
