Arrival: Reception is open from 10:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00 (From Monday to Saturday) and from 09:00-13:30 (Sunday) Guests must inform staff of their expected time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Arrivals after 22:00 must pay a supplement. Deposit: A cash deposit of EUR 30 per person is payable upon arrival and then returned upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been approved. Payment: Total payment is due upon arrival. Additional Fees: In the case of returning the deposit, there is a transaction fee incurred. There is a surcharge if guests lose the keys. There is a surcharge if the kitchen is left in a condition which requires thorough cleaning. Cleaning: Towels are changed 3 times a week and bed linen is changed every 5 days.
