Hotel Loucas is one of the very first hotels in Santorini and it is situated at the heart of the cliff side (caldera) in Fira town, the capital of Thira (Santorini), right above the old port, facing the Aegean Sea the volcano and the sun set.

Our Hotel is only accessible by steps 250 meters above the sea level and our rooms are been built in levels, according to the architectural style of the island.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
