This small Boutique-style hotel is located on a peaceful cobble-stoned street of the historic centre of the Eternal City, just around the corner from the famous Spanish Steps.

Situated 20 metres from the famous Piazza di Spagna, from where you can very quickly reach all the most interesting and fascinating places in Rome; a few steps away you can find Via Condotti, one of the most elegant streets in the world and the Rome temple of fashion.

This exclusive Rome hotel offers a classic and elegant environment, in total harmony with its prestigious location. The rooms and common areas have been furnished with extreme care; the cozy lobby, where the reception is located, is adorned with marble floors, antiques, tapestries and a Venetian glass chandelier.

The hotel has 16 guest rooms divided over 4 floors and a breakfast room on the lower level. A lift is available, but please note that you will need to climb about 10 steps to access it.

Quadruple Room Standard

This room is a mini-suite made up of one room with one private bathroom, with bath/shower combination. The twin beds can be joined to make one large bed and there is a double size sofa-bed. When the sofa bed is open there is not much walking room. For 4 adults, the hotel recommends 2 double rooms, while this accommodation is usually fine for a young family. Room is located on street side of hotel.
