• Deposit: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
• Parking: Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Up to two children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Groups: When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Cancellations: Please note, if cancelled or modified, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Meriton Serviced Apartments - Parramatta, Sydney - Important Information

After 9pm report to security guard on duty at reception desk. All guests must sign the 'No Party' policy. Registered guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name and credit card. Apartment Balcony doors are locked on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays due to the safety policy of the property. The registered guest of the apartment is legally responsible and liable for all damage/harm caused by any object leaving the apartment. PLEASE NOTE: The credit card used for payment and pre-payment MUST be presented upon arrival by the card holder. We will require a security bond (deposit) at arrival for all bookings in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from AUD 200 (Studio and 1-Bedroom), AUD 500 (2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom) and AUD 1,000 (Penthouses). Credit card bonds will be refunded upon departure and cash bonds following an inspection of the apartment by our reception staff. Bonds via credit card can sometimes take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank.
