Casa Verde features 12 individual suites, ranging in size from one bedroom units to the large 3 bedroom suites. Each suite has a kitchen or kitchenette facilities, a living and dining room, plus a balcony with sea view. Daily cleaning of your suite is available on a request basis.

The resort of Jieh, where many private beaches are located, is only a 5-minute drive away.

• Deposit: 35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.

• Extra Charges: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One further child from 4 to 12 years is charged USD 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Groups: When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
