• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 14 days prior to arrival and is partially refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. 1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

From Cape Town - Drive through the Kaaimans River pass before descending into Wilderness. - Take the first left after the Touw River bridge into Southside Road. - Moontide is at the end of this cul-de-sac From Port Elizabeth - Take the last right before the Touw River bridge - Into Southside Road (exactly 1km from Pirates Creek, which you will see on your right) Moontide is at the end of cul-de-sac.
