Centrally located in Tel Aviv's trendy port area, the See the Sea is a newly opened property offering self-catering accommodation a short distance from the beach.

See the Sea is made up of 20 beautifully presented guest rooms, most of which offer a sea view. All rooms are decorated in light, bright colours and include modern furnishings. Each unit is also equipped with a small kitchenette, complete with microwave, fridge and utensils.

The property has a 24-hour lounge (open as of summer 2010), located on the roof top and featuring sea views. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex.

See the Sea is within easy walking distance of Tel Aviv's pretty promenade. The property is in a lively and sometimes noisy area of the city surrounded by numerous shops, restaurants and bars.

Guests should be advised that there is no lift at the property and so the rooms may not be easily accessible to families with young children or those with walking difficulties.

• Deposit: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Parking: Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs USD 5.00 per day.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, the first two nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The rates given are for guests holding a foreign passport. For guests holding an Israeli passport, an additional 16.5% VAT will be applied by law. This is an apartment-style property and therefore daily cleaning is not included. Daily house-keeping can be arranged locally for a supplement. The owner of the apartment will contact all guests a few days before arrival with instructions about receiving the keys for the accommodation.
