The Residence is housed in 2 historic apartment buildings between Neptune Fountain and Green Gate. The hotel's décor reflects back to the years of colonialism and oversea conquests.
Guests have a selection of comfortable rooms that are individually decorated, for instance in colonial styles. All rooms contain a shower, telephone, and TV.
The Residence's central location provides easy access to the beautiful Old Town and all tourist attractions.
