• Extra Charges: 20 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.01 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 4 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Prices are not subject to any additional discounts for holders of the Metropol Club Card. Please note that the swimming pool is closed from 14. June to 23 June 2010 due to annual maintenance work.
