Located in a peaceful position in the Città Giardino, a district not far from the picturesque old town of Grado, the hotel is within walking distance of the beach.

The thermal spas, Palace of Congress and a children's playground are also nearby for you to enjoy during the day. If you would rather relax, the hotel offers a swimming pool and terrace with whirlpool and sun-beds.

The area also offers beautiful scenery, ideal for you to explore on foot, or on a bike which can be borrowed from the hotel. Alternatively you can visit the nearby historic centre of Aquileia; with preserved monuments from the Roman Empire, the area has been classed as a world heritage site by UNESCO.

In the evenings you can unwind and enjoy a meal in the on-site restaurant, serving local and international cuisine.

By car: - When you enter at Grado, at the first traffic lights, after the big roundabout, you will find the lagoon on the left-hand-side and the hotels on the right side, follow this street in the direction of 'Grado-Pineta'. - At the third set of traffic lights, turn to the right into Via Vespucci. - Take the second street on the left-hand-side, Viale Italia. - At the Hotel Perla, turn left into Viale Kennedy. - After approximately 100 metres, on the right-hand side, you will find the hotel (behind the supermarket Europa).
