From the 2 August to 22 of August there is a minimum stay of 10 days, with arrivals on Saturday. In other times there might be a minimum stay of 2 or more nights. Use of the swimming pool is included in the rate. The pool is available from 12 May to 30 September. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate, but they are available for rent. For check-in after 22:00, the hotel will charge a fee. Please note that payment is expected on arrival at the Residence.

By Car: - From the harbour of Olbia, take the SS 125 towards the airport, then follow the signs for San Teodoro / Siniscola / Nuoro for about 18 km. - You will then reach the small village of Monte Petrosu, where you have to take the first street on the left. - After about 500 metres, you will see the resort. - From Olbia Airport, take the SS 125 at the first junction to the right, and head towards San Teodoro / Siniscola / Nuoro for about 18 km, and then follow the above directions. Parking: The car park is located at the hotel and is free of charge. Transfer service from / to airport / harbour: - From 08:00 to 23:00: EUR 30 per 2 people (2007). - From 23:00 to 08:00: EUR 50 per 2 people (2007).
