Nestling in the hills of the Macerata and overlooking the Sibillini Mountains,

It is a typical farm of the regional countryside, restored in the tradition of the environment, using only natural materials, with techniques of bio-building and bio-ecological architecture.

There are three rooms and five apartments (one with disabled facilities).

The hotel also has a swimming-pool, bicycles, games for children, bowls, mini-basket, ping pong, a barbecue and recreation and cultural activities.

It is open all year and the staff speak English and French.

The residence also benefits from a common reading room, with internet connection, bar and laundry. Near the house there is also a food shop and a restaurant, with whom the hotel has a special agreement for guests dining.

The farm-house has also a swimming pool, bicycles, games for children, bowling alley, mini-basketball, ping pong and barbecue.

It organizes many activities, such as bread cooking, ceramic handicraft, painting courses and guided tours to the art cities.

The farm is developed in a surface of 10 hectares, set with cereals, a vineyard, olive-grove and wood. You can taste the farm products such as wine, oil, jams and salami, and participate in the laboratory demonstrations, to discover the peasant's culture, the typical products and the traditions of the Marche region.
